i thought i was checking into a luxurious abode, but the lack of basic amenities was shocking. the pillows were absolutely dreadful, giving me neck pain. not to mention, the toilet water ran forever. how do you not offer a complimentary upgrade for someone like me? disappointment doesn’t even begin to cover it, honestly. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
